Our Promise

30-day money-back guarantee

Buy any package risk-free. If the data isn't what you expected, you get your money back — no questions, no hoops.

30-day refund

Email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount.

95%+ deliverability

If more than 5% of emails hard-bounce on a verified send, we replace the bounced records at no charge.

Fresh by default

Records are re-verified continuously. Every download reflects the latest verification pass.

How the refund works

  • Email sales@surgeonlists.com with your order ID and a brief reason.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • You keep the data file you downloaded — we don't require deletion. We'd rather you find value than fight over a CSV.
  • One refund per customer per product. Custom segments built from a pre-validated upload follow a separate policy explained at checkout.

How the deliverability replacement works

  • Run the list through your normal email send. If your hard-bounce rate exceeds 5% on the verified email column, send us your bounce report (the full list of bounced addresses with the bounce reason).
  • We'll replace each verified hard-bounce with a fresh equivalent record (same state and specialty bracket) at no additional cost.
  • Soft bounces, role addresses, and addresses you've added to your own suppression list don't count toward the 5% threshold.

Why we offer this

B2B data quality has a reputation problem because most vendors sell stale lists with no recourse. We sit on the opposite end of that — our entire pricing model assumes the data works. If it doesn't, the refund is faster than fighting about it.

Most refund requests we've seen come down to one of: the buyer expected a different segment, the file format didn't match their CRM, or the practice count for a state was lower than they hoped. All of these are fair reasons. Email us and we'll take care of it.
